Booyah Greenback Grille. Food for Foodies...

It is with a heavy heart and much reluctance that, unless a miracle occurs, Booyah Greenback Grille will be closing its doors Thursday afternoon June 26, 2008. We will be open for lunch and dinner Wednesday June 25th, and open for lunch only on Thursday June 26th.

As it is with many small restaurants, the rising costs of food and fuel, and the general economy that is affecting everyone, we must close our doors.

Colleen Gallagher, the owner, still has the restaurant 'bug' in her. Booyah may pop up again some time in the future when the economy is better.

We thank all of our friends, family and especially our customers for visiting Booyah and helping to keep its doors open for the 21 months it was in business.

	Booyah Greenback Grille is an upscale café concept that offers an interesting and varied menu of American Fare and California Cuisine prepared smartly and presented attractively.
	Food menus are varied enough to please most palates, fairly low in fat but not without indulgences.
	Our atmosphere is clean, modern, sophisticated, and simple. Clutter is non-existent. Well-chosen lighting provides special ambience in the evenings.
	Music is contemporary and unobtrusive; soft jazz instrumentals and other art-house type music is hand-selected for our state-of-the-art sound system.
	For the lunch crowd, free wireless internet access is available, but will not be overly emphasized; it’s simply a must for many business lunches and is offered as a known, given feature of the successful, modern food-service establishment.
	Our mission is to attract and retain a loyal clientele by serving fine food in a modern, relaxing environment. We hope you will agree.
